- Please note: Refunds will not be issued as cash or to your original payment method.
3. How to Report Damaged Items:
- Email our customer support at global.yesentilas@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, product details, and photos of the damaged item.
- Our team will review your request and issue store credit promptly.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit and can be used towards any future purchase on Classic Blue Groceries.
- Please note: Refunds will not be issued as cash or to your original payment method.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
