Returns & Refund Policy

At Classic Blue Groceries, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Returns:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or preferences.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping.

2. Refunds:

  • For items damaged in transit, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged product.
  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on Classic Blue Groceries.
  • Please note: Refunds will not be issued as cash or to your original payment method.

3. How to Report Damaged Items:

  • Email our customer support at global.yesentilas@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, product details, and photos of the damaged item.
  • Our team will review your request and issue store credit promptly.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit and can be used towards any future purchase on Classic Blue Groceries.
  • Please note: Refunds will not be issued as cash or to your original payment method.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
